Amazon Seller Survey Asks Some Interesting Questions & Earns me $10
Today, I received a very interesting email from Amazon inviting me to participate in a survey.

Now, given my extreme love of Amazon I would gladly respond to a survey from them. I also am the curious type so I often respond to ecommerce surveys just because I want to know what someone else is interested in learning from me. And, in the specific case of this Amazon survey, I was offered $10 to complete the survey. Now, that is an unbeatable deal.

So, what sort of things did Amazon want to know? Well, their focus today was on my ecommerce non-Amazon (and non-eBay) business.

And, interestingly, they wanted to know about the importance of payment methods, including PayPal and Google Checkout, in my ecommerce business.

And, lastly, they wanted to know about traffic to my website.

I wanted to raise my hands, wave my arms wildly, and shout “Pick me! Pick me!” when they asked if I would consider participating in a focus group.
.

So did you get your $10?

Uncle Frog, the $10 certificate is supposed to be sent to me in 4-6 weeks (just in time for my birthday… so happy birthday to me!)

Wonders if Amazon are about to upgrade their hosted stores service to be more in line with an osCommerce style of capability?
This could get interesting – especially if they have more realistic pricing than eBay ProStores

I enjoy giving my opinions on anything and everything. I’d do focus groups free, but I’ve been paid $75 or $100 every time.

They sent me one a few weeks ago for $25. Took it but I did not receive the certificate yet, I guess it just takes some time.
