Fixing eBay Feedback « The End User Rant

I am so sick and tired of ebays policy that the buyer can do no wrong and when the buyer is wrong the seller cant let anyone know about it. I had a buyer [ID name edited] Give me a neutral because she claimed the shipping box had a smell. She also dinged all my stars. She bought a NEW glass ornament with no smell, She received it 4 days after she paid in the same mint condition as advertised. She also received FREE SHIPPING and dinged ALL my stars. She NEVER contacted me to let me know she wasn’t happy. Three weeks later she did that to my feedback with no communication. How can this be fair? ( [ID edited] also known as [personal name edited], owns and operates [biz name edited]. [phone # and email address edited] What is worse about this buyer is she is a business owner herself and was totally unfair with another business owner. When I tried to contact her to ask why she did this to me, she was the person that didn’t want to act like an adult and be fair. She is rude, nasty, selfish and inconsiderate. I would never recommend business with her.
